We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Lead to join our team at The Headhunters Recruitment.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on delivering large-scale projects within budget and timeframe. As a Senior Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the tenant fit-out construction projects, from pre-construction and design development through to construction, occupancy, and closeout.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects valued at $10 million or more, with experience leading teams and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with significant experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
  • Demonstrated experience leading tenant fit-out projects, including leasing, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Experience managing large-scale office space planning, interior design, engineering, and construction projects, particularly in the context of modernization and tenant improvements.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, exposure to a bonus plan, and RRSP match.
