Job Title: In-store Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

The In-store Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store experience for our customers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador by positively representing the UNIQLO brand and values.
  • Provide superior customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Utilize company tools to build brand recognition, maximize sales, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the store and e-commerce teams to integrate store and online business, enhancing the customer purchasing experience.
  • Develop and share insights on new products and services, and provide customer feedback through internal communication channels.
  • Work as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store, and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and lift up to 50 pounds.
