Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hotel Dene and Conference Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
