Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hotel Dene and Conference Centre. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as required.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
