This key role ensures the accurate management of inventory, payroll, shipping, compliance, and purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collect, verify, and process employee timesheets and ensure accurate payroll submissions.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any shipping issues.
- Maintain shipping records and optimize logistics processes for cost efficiency.
- Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related field.
- A strong background in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in payroll software and shipping procedures.
- Familiarity with compliance standards in manufacturing.
