We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Coordinator to join our team at CorGuard Security Inc.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in security operations management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and preparing and submitting progress reports.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, utilizing your excellent communication skills to handle complex issues effectively.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
  • E nsure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, providing valuable insights into operational performance.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring seamless logistics support.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, guaranteeing safe and effective use.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and regional factors.

Work Environment and Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required, as well as working under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative and judgement.
