Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among departments.
  • Staff Direction: Direct staff and provide guidance on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing reports.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written communication skills, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, and accountability.

Salary Estimate
