CityKidz Saturday Programming is a key component of our Community Outreach efforts, providing children with opportunities for growth, learning, and fun. As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in transporting children to and from programming, maintaining their safety and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Give leadership to transporting children to and from CityKidz programs, maintaining their safety and well-being.
- Create an experience of safety, fun, and program anticipation and relationship building during bus rides.
- Participate in CityKidz Saturday show and be a role model to participants, Jr Leaders, and volunteers of how to engage with the show.
- Foster relationships with Bus Team Members & Jr Leaders.
- Provide coaching to Team Members.
- Schedule Bus Team Members for Saturday Program.
