About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our team to provide outreach services to youth in need.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and develop personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each youth.
  2. Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless access to services and support.
  3. Provide crisis intervention and support to youth in need.
  4. Facilitate group presentations and education sessions to promote awareness and understanding of our services.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure effective service delivery.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders to enhance collaboration and resource sharing.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification and Broad Record Check required.
  • Valid driver's license, car, and liability insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad knowledge of community resources and advocacy skills.
  • Able to work regular shifts, including evenings and weekends.
