Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of each youth.
- Develop individualized plans to address these needs and promote stability and growth.
- Work collaboratively with community partners to ensure seamless access to services and support.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to youth in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Document and report on all interactions and interventions, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three years' experience working with at-risk youth.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification and Broad Record Check required.
- Valid driver's license, car, and liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work regular shifts, including evenings and weekends.
