Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our Riverbend Co-op team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of retail staff to provide prompt, personalized, and legendary service to all members and guests.
- Ensure that all members and guests are completely satisfied with their experience.
- Develop and implement quality team training programs to enhance customer service skills.
- Monitor and maintain Gas Bar standards to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of safety and adherence to company standards for health and safety, loss prevention, and environmental due diligence.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in supervision in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills that align with our values of Integrity, Community, Responsibility, and Service.
- Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork.
- Experience in retail sales, especially in the CRS, will be considered an asset.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary.
- Ability to fulfill physical job requirements including manual labor.
