About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Riverbend Co-op Assistant Gas Bar Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our Co-op.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and personalized service to all members and guests, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Ensure that all members and guests are completely satisfied with their experience.
  • Develop and implement quality team training programs to enhance customer service skills.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices in the Gas Bar.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to foster a culture of safety, innovation, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in supervision in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills that align with Riverbend's values of Integrity, Community, Responsibility, and Service.
  • Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary.
  • Ability to fulfill physical job requirements including manual labor.
