About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Outlook Motor Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Operational Oversight: Assess daily operations and monitor revenue to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Management: Hire, schedule, supervise, and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce liquor laws and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment for customers and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
  • Education: No formal education required, but a strong understanding of business principles and practices is essential.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate to a rural area, with a permanent position and regular working hours (30-40 hours per week).
  • Certifications: Food and beverage server trade certification is highly desirable.
