Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and optimize our menu and pricing strategy to boost profits and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of food safety standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for ingredients and materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
