About the Role

Fusion Security is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process for all positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
  • Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Hiring Process: Coordinate the hiring process, including preparing hiring packages, conducting reference checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: A university degree and/or college diploma or certificate in Personnel Management, Business Management, or Human Resources is an asset.
  • Experience: One year of administrative experience, including data entry, is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: A CPHR designation is an asset, and a valid BC security license is an asset.
