Glentel Inc., a leading organization in the retail industry, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions of retail recruitment. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will play a critical role in managing requisitions, fulfilling recruitment needs, and working closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage requisitions for assigned regions and post job ads on career sites and national job boards.
- Use the applicant tracking system to screen resumes and identify candidates that meet banner-specific profiles.
- Interview shortlisted candidates to determine fit and forward recommendations to hiring managers for in-person interviews.
- Identify ways to support remote and priority recruitment through creative sourcing campaigns and strategies.
- Provide ATS training to new hiring managers and ongoing support for closing requisitions and managing the candidate lifecycle.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, and/or Marketing preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Annual Base Pay: $45,000 - $49,000.
