Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requisitions for assigned regions and post job ads on career sites and national job boards.
  • Use the applicant tracking system to screen resumes and identify candidates that meet banner-specific profiles.
  • Interview shortlisted candidates to determine fit and forward recommendations to hiring managers for in-person interviews.
  • Identify ways to support remote and priority recruitment through creative sourcing campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide ATS training to new hiring managers and ongoing support for closing requisitions and managing the candidate lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, and/or Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
