Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and driven Recruitment Advisor to join our team at CB Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives on filling multiple roles simultaneously and working closely with a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruitment for various office locations across Canada
  • Posting job listings and evaluating applicants
  • Presenting potential candidates to hiring managers and coordinating interviews
  • Creating offer letters, negotiating salaries
  • Generating recruitment reports
  • Supporting onboarding processes and providing HR assistance as required
Requirements
  • Required to work in the office 100% of the time
  • Must possess or show interest in acquiring CPHR designation upon hiring
  • 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment role
  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiations
  • Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources
