About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to management and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to resolve HR-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a business partnership role.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
