Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner - Regional Operations Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to store managers and staff on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by conducting interviews, ensuring new hires are enrolled in HR systems, and following up with payroll and HR members.
- Provide employee relations support, answer questions on policies, procedures, and benefits, and assist with grievances and employee discipline.
- Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing company policies, programs, and initiatives, including delivering training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including the Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.
- Support regional organization planning and staff development, including creating and monitoring development plans.
- Collaborate with store staff and managers on HR-related matters.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A post-secondary education in human resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- An ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In addition to the requirements listed above, we prefer candidates with:
- A strong working knowledge of Ontario's employment standards acts.
- Experience working with global teams and time zones.
- Ability to travel regularly to stores in Ontario.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
