Job Title: Operations Co-ordinator, Property Management

Viking Security Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join our Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Supervise: Rental agents and building superintendents, as well as support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation, and monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
  • Financial Management: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, and prepare expense and income reports.
  • Client Support: Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a property management company.
  • Work Setting: On the road job, with a permanent employment contract.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
