Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Co-ordinator Property Management to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, as well as monitoring progress and costs for property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure seamless property management services.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income to provide accurate financial reports.
  • Prepare expense and income reports to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants to maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job with a permanent work term. The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week.

The work language is English.
