Senior Loss Prevention Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect our assets and reduce losses across all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Protect Company Assets: Develop and implement effective measures to safeguard our assets and reduce losses through strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Lead Loss Prevention Team: Manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve our loss prevention objectives and ensure the effective deployment of LP programs.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with local law enforcement, other loss prevention professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective liaison and communication.
- Stay Current with Industry Developments: Attend industry meetings and events to stay up-to-date on relevant developments and best practices in loss prevention.
- Emergency Response: Respond to after-hours emergencies and alarm calls as required, and manage security response during emergency situations in collaboration with Head Office leadership.
- Extensive Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge of corporate, operational, and physical security in retail, as well as advanced understanding of criminal code, application of force, and provincial regulations.
- Leadership Experience: Have leadership experience in a complex retail Loss Prevention or corporate security program, with a proven track record of success.
- Education and Certifications: Hold a security education or recognized professional accreditation (e.g., PSP, CPP, CCPI, LPC), and possess a provincial security worker license (Security Consultant is an asset).
- Coaching and Negotiation Skills: Have extensive experience in coaching, conflict management, and negotiation, as well as experience with investigative techniques and interview methods.
