About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect our assets and reduce losses across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect Company Assets: Develop and implement effective measures to prevent and detect loss, including physical security, inventory control, and employee training.
  • Lead the Loss Prevention Team: Supervise and mentor a team of loss prevention professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with store managers, district managers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to loss prevention.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Attend industry conferences and workshops to stay current on the latest loss prevention strategies and technologies.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Develop and manage budgets for loss prevention initiatives, including personnel, training, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Extensive Loss Prevention Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a loss prevention role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of loss prevention professionals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives.
