Senior Loss Prevention Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect our assets and reduce losses across all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Protect Company Assets: Develop and implement effective measures to safeguard our assets and reduce losses through strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Lead Loss Prevention Team: Set and manage team goals that align with our overall business objectives, ensuring effective deployment and maintenance of loss prevention programs.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Maintain effective liaison with local law enforcement and other loss prevention professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Emergency Response: Respond to after-hours emergencies and alarm calls as required, managing security response during emergency situations in collaboration with Head Office leadership.
- Security Systems: Implement and maintain effective security systems, including physical security, crime prevention, and fire and life safety systems, across all company locations.
- Investigations and Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance our loss prevention strategies.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a complex retail loss prevention or corporate security program, with a strong track record of success.
- Security Expertise: Advanced understanding of corporate, operational, and physical security in retail, including knowledge of criminal code, application of force, and provincial regulations.
- Education and Certifications: Security education or recognized professional accreditation (e.g., PSP, CPP, CCPI, LPC), with a degree in justice, security, loss prevention, emergency preparedness, or equivalent training and experience.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annual, based on experience.
