Assistant General Manager, Loss Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager, Loss Prevention to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent losses and protect company assets.
Key Responsibilities- Loss Prevention Strategy: Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize losses and protect company assets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of loss prevention professionals to ensure the successful execution of loss prevention initiatives.
- Security Operations: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of loss or theft, and develop recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to loss prevention.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to loss prevention team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, security, or law enforcement.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a loss prevention or security role, with a proven track record of success in preventing losses and protecting company assets.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential security risks.
