Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Tims Kamloops Coffee Shop Inc c/o Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, including inventory management, health and safety regulations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, addressing their complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, including managing events and catering services.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
