Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Tims Kamloops Coffee Shop Inc c/o Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, including inventory management, health and safety regulations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- 3 years of experience in a food service management role
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
