    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, providing insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.
