We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service facilities at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Food Service Director to meet targets and achieve business objectives
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Collaborate with franchisee district managers to provide support and training to store staff
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous management experience required
- Food Safe certification preferred
- Customer service background preferred
Range: $50,000 - $65,000
