Job Summary:

Aramark is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee the operations of our food service facilities at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of supervisors to ensure exceptional guest service and quality food products.
  • Coordinate with the Food Service Director to meet targets and ensure compliance with food safety and revenue standards.
  • Handle staff questions and concerns, and work with the Food Service Director to resolve disciplinary actions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a quality service is provided to all guests.
  • Manage operational standards and team members, and excel at task delegation and work planning.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in the food service industry.
  • Customer service background and experience in Quick Service, Clearview an asset.
  • Food Safe certification preferred, but we can help facilitate if needed.
