Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Crossroads Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive sales growth.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
  • Combine sitting, standing, and walking to perform various tasks throughout the day.
  • Stand for extended periods to maintain a high level of customer service and visibility.
