Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
