Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets and cash reports.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
