Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

At Crossroads Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are cost-effective.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and lead a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
