Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager - Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Assistant Manager - Operations to join our team at Crossroads Foods. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.

  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.

  • Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.

  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.

  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue streams.

  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

  • Physical capabilities to stand for extended periods and perform other job-related tasks.

  • Client focus, flexibility, and reliability.

  • Team player with excellent organizational skills.
