Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board.
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, and driving deal closure.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, streamlining processes and maximizing productivity.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, with relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
