About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Manager to join our team, supporting 2-3 hotels in the Americas. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will be responsible for interpreting business analytics to drive revenue growth and optimize hotel performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret business analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimize hotel performance.
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage inventory through all distribution channels to maximize availability and revenue.
  • Lead optimal pricing strategy and analysis, engaging external expertise when necessary.
  • Build consensus within the Revenue Management team to drive new initiatives forward.
  • Lead weekly Revenue Management Meetings to discuss key performance indicators and drive revenue growth.
  • Drive total revenue management business analytics and opportunities, partnering with operations to implement new initiatives and measure results.
  • Engage with OTA Market Managers, corporate marketing, agencies, and vendors to optimize campaign management opportunities.
  • Take ownership of merchandising strategies, including web featured package display, online upsell descriptions, GDS sequence, OTA placement, and store participation.
  • Business owner of Opera, BI tools, IDeaS revenue management system, and future RM systems for catering, F&B, etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Hotel Management.
  • 5 years of experience working in hotel operations and/or finance and accounting.
  • Multiple hotel revenue management experience preferred.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of spreadsheets and database use.
  • MS Office, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperion Enterprise, IDeaS revenue management, Opera property management system experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to condense complex data into meaningful strategy.
  • Strong time management skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to present contrarian viewpoints and gain consensus through business analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
