About the Role

The Director of Revenue & Commercial Strategy is a key leadership position within our hotel, responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing commercial operations across sales, marketing, and revenue management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hospitality and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize revenue across all hotel segments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to establish strategic plans for sales, marketing, and revenue management, driving operational excellence and performance improvement.
  • Champion a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and revenue teams, fostering strong internal relationships and effective communication channels.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of annual budgets for sales, marketing, and revenue departments, ensuring financial accountability and resource allocation.
  • Lead weekly meetings to analyze market trends, performance data, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture that embraces innovation, continuous improvement, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within sales, marketing, or revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
