Office Administrator - Cranbrook

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our practice and office management in day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage phone duties and respond to incoming calls
  2. Distribute and manage post and mail
  3. Monitor and manage the team inbox
  4. Perform office maintenance and upkeep
  5. Organize events and meetings
  6. Provide marketing support and assistance
  7. Update Salesforce records and create tasks
  8. Conduct weekly stationery audits and order supplies
  9. Liaise with the Managing Partner and team members to identify additional requirements
  10. Arrange bookings and refreshments for team events
  11. Send out calendar invites and maintain team traditions
  12. Produce mail merge for marketing campaigns and order necessary materials
  13. Update Salesforce campaigns and client journey records
  14. Request information from providers and record it on Salesforce

This is a full-time office-based position based in Cranbrook. Due to our client's location, it is recommended that the candidate has a valid driver's license.
