Arq Mountain Centre Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our management team and ensure the smooth operation of business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Maintain and update company databases and files.
- Assist in the coordination of virtual meetings, seminars and events
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
