Office Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our wealth management practice based in Cranbrook.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage phone duties and respond to client inquiries
  2. Distribute mail and packages in a timely manner
  3. Monitor team email and respond to messages
  4. Maintain office supplies and equipment
  5. Coordinate events and meetings
  6. Support marketing efforts and create promotional materials
  7. Update client records and Salesforce data
  8. Perform weekly stationery audits and order supplies as needed
  9. Liaise with the Managing Partner and team members to identify additional requirements
  10. Arrange travel and accommodations for team events
  11. Prepare and send out meeting invitations and reminders
  12. Maintain team traditions and culture
  13. Produce mail merge templates for marketing campaigns
  14. Order marketing materials and supplies
  15. Update Salesforce campaigns and client journey records
  16. Request information from providers and record it on Salesforce

This is a full-time office-based position requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. A valid driver's license is preferred due to the location of our client's office.
