Job Opportunity

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cranbrook, BC.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients and Advisor team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing client account administration, including account opening, maintenance, and resolution of client requests.
  • Maintaining existing client accounts and identifying opportunities to contact clients, ensuring timely and efficient support.
  • Becoming well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant client files and documentation.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a professional and time-efficient manner, addressing account transactions, requests, and documentation.
  • Assisting the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.

The expected base salary range for this position is $35,000 - $42,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You have the potential to earn considerably more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
