We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordination Specialist to join our team at ARAY LED INC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordinating: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
  • Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain filing systems.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our system.

In addition to your organizational skills, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and external partners. A strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks is essential to meet deadlines and deliver results.

As an Administrative Coordination Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
