At Ontario Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing staff, and evaluating daily operations.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations, establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask, organized, and a team player
  • Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail
Working Conditions
  • 35-40 hours of work per week
  • English as the primary language spoken
