  • Logging calls and documenting steps leading to resolution
  • Participating in keeping the benefits portion of our knowledge base up to date
  • Collaborating with different teams to find solutions for benefits-related questions
  • Ensuring consistent and accurate responses and recommending improvements

Requirements include:

  • Education in human resources, administration, or similar experience
  • Strong client/customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, good judgment, and autonomy
  • Capacity to adapt rapidly in an ever-changing environment
  • Good understanding of Workday - an asset
  • Experience in benefits management - an asset
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Known for teamwork and collaboration
  • Positive attitude, autonomy, and strong sense of ethics
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English required
