Job Description

As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our client in various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, labor and employment standards, and human rights legislation.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Relocation to Havre Saint Pierre for the position is required.
  • Experience in HR management and industrial relations is essential.
  • Proven experience in HR management in a unionized environment is a significant asset.
  • Knowledge of provincial labor and employment standards legislation, as well as provincial human rights legislation, is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is necessary.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and basic knowledge of English are required to service English-speaking employees.


Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
