Your expertise will be essential in resolving complex issues and collaborating with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure client satisfaction. You will have access to comprehensive guidelines, knowledge bases, policies, and procedures to support your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve benefit-related inquiries from employees and managers based on best practices and knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Log all calls and document steps leading to resolution.
  • Contribute to maintaining the benefits portion of our knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with various teams to find solutions for benefit-related questions.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate responses and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in ad-hoc team projects.
