Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearKey Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging job descriptions and postings that attract top talent. Ensure accuracy and regular updates.
  • Leverage your network and recruitment expertise to source and screen candidates. A strong network in related fields is essential.
  • Coordinate preliminary phone interviews and manage in-person or virtual interviews. Collaborate with candidates and clients for a seamless interview process.
  • Oversee background checks, including criminal, credit, and reference checks. Handle offer letters and follow up with candidates post-interview.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, delivering an end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Maintain organized reports on recruitment activities and support team operations to ensure client satisfaction.
Position Details
  • Location: Four days a week in-office, with potential for flexible or hybrid work options.
  • Bilingualism: Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are required.
  • Business Development: This role includes business development responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing.
  • Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
  • Background in IT and/or Accounting recruitment is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
