Job Title: Rail Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor

Cad Railway Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rail Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Car Shop - Willowbrook facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of rail vehicles, ensuring they are safe and reliable for operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of maintenance employees to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of rail vehicles
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Investigate and resolve maintenance-related issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with the management team and customers to ensure maintenance activities meet contractual requirements
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in rail maintenance or a related field
  • Proven track record of supervising maintenance teams and ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Strong knowledge of rail equipment maintenance and repair principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
