About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service best practices
  • Determine ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit regular reports
  • Establish work schedules to ensure smooth operations
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position within the food services industry
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; relevant post-secondary education is an asset
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • A client-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
